Dr. Shahida Tanwir is a distinguished Headache Consultant and Clinical Psychologist with a Ph.D. in Headache and IVF Counseling. She currently serves as the Chief Executive at Tanwir Ahmad Medical Center and an IVF counselor. Dr. Tanwir also holds a visiting position as a headache clinical psychologist at the Services Institute of Medical Sciences.

- 1988-2006: Senior Clinical Psychologist at Services Institute of Medical Sciences.
- 2004: Initiated a Headache Clinic at Service Hospital, Lahore.
- 1981: Established a School for the lower staff of the Pakistan Embassy in Rome.
